The start of something new…

I feel there is always a bit of a theme running through my blog posts,

I really feel like i’m going to get back into it and post regularly and then…. life gets in the way.

However I think 2015 will be different.

I’m finally pretty much settled, working as a marketing executive for a global cognitive assessment company, renting a flat and living not too far out of Cambridge.

I’ve also very much got much stuck into my baking, I just haven’t done much with it, other than post the lovely pictures over on my Instagram.

I’ve also done a fair bit of travelling, not forgetting spending 10 weeks in India at the end of 2013, and in 2014 visiting Belgium, Marrakech and the obligatory trip(s) yes plural, to Spain to see the grandparents.

2015 is set to be a busy but fun year, with Prague already booked, and plenty of baking recipes I am set to try. Following the Sunday Baking Club is certainly giving me lots of ideas and hopefully I can join a Clandestine Bake Club event soon too.

After all, I did just invest in a Kitchen Aid, so this just got serious!
